Suggested Retail Price

We strongly recommend for our Retailers and Distributors to use the retail prices listed on our retailer website. Our Retailers and Distributors can only use different prices based on a written agreement between us. Liliputi® doesn't allow selling its products on auction sites such as eBay, Vatera, etc. Retailers and Distributors, who violate this rule, may not be shipped to again!

Payment and Delivery

After we received an order placed through the Liliputi Retailer Site, we pack the goods, measure the parcel weight, and send an email to our Partner with the invoice showing the total price increased with shipping costs. At the same time an additional, automatic e-mail is generated by our system with all the payment information needed for the wire transfer/bank card payment. (In certain one-off cases it is possible to pay via PayPal – however, in this case we will charge you an extra 3,5 % on the final amount payable.) In case the payment does not arrive within 7 days, we send a reminding email to our Partner. If we still not receive the payment in another 7 days, we cancel the order. Following the successful payment the parcel will be delivered to the address given by the Retailer, that shall ensure that the delivery address is both valid and accurate. Liliputi® ships the products via GLS international courier service within the EU and via FedEx outside of the EU. Shipping above 1200€ for EU retailers for standard orders is free of charge. Tracking info is provided to the retailers, in case of unsuccessful delivery after you have been contacted by the courier service, you will have a time frame to pick the parcel up at a parcel shop. After that time frame the parcel will return to our warehouse, both the costs of the return and the new shipping cost is paid by the retailer. Any damage on the parcel that is visible on the outside of the packaging should be reported immediately to the courier, as this will be the base of any claim.

Warranty and Return Condtions

In most cases, we accept your returns. However, 15% of the retailer price of the returned products will be deducted as restocking fee. The shipping cost of the return and any custom fees are payable by the retailer. Any return-requests must be sent within 8 business days upon receipt of your order. If the product you wish to return is discounted or outgoing, the request will be immediately evaluated upon receipt. In case the return is accepted, a restocking fee will be calculated individually. We offer a 6 months overall warranty for our products. Should you have any problem with a product bought from Liliputi®, send an email to info@liliputi.com and attach a photo showing the problem. In addition, we will need a copy of the original invoice issued by Liliputi Babywearing Ltd. to the retail partner, and the second invoice issued by our retailer to the customer about the product in question. We look into the problem and in case we accept responsibility for the fault, we issue a Credit Memo for our Partner – this amount will be deducted from your next invoice.

Confidentiality & Nondisclosure

Retailers and Distributors agree to hold confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets in trust and confidence and agree that it shall be used only for contemplated purposes, shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party.

No copies will be made or retained of any written information or prototypes supplied without the permission of Liliputi®.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any employee, consultant or third party unless they agree to execute and be bound by the terms of this Agreement and have been approved by Liliputi®. This Agreement and its validity, construction and effect shall be governed by the laws of Privacy Act 2015.
